KICK Trading was established in 2005 to provide marketing services to the micro and small enterprises sector in Western Kenya on a commercial basis. They trade in improved and innovative craft products and especially focus on gifts and interior décor products. Most of the products are as a result of recycling of the waste products and other weeds such as the water hyacinth. They also produce cards made from recycled wire and paper (hyacinth).

KICK contributes to the economic development off small and micro-enterprises in Western Kenya, by increasing employment and incomes in the crafts sector. Its objectives is to provide assistance on product design and development, to ensure quality awareness amongst Jua Kali artisans, Provide high quality and appropriate business management training and consultancy services and act as a catalyst and facilitator between the target group and the private sector.
